Good thoughts.. one of the reasons I wrote that I like the Clinton Foundation’s approach to philanthropy over the Gates Foundation’s was because it focused on promoting business solutions to problems. It sounds like Gates is thinking on the same lines. I’m looking forward to what’s next for him after Microsoft!

I guess the issue is this: the MBTA is proposing the Outer Ring in 3 stages. 1. regular bus line service 2. special articulated buses with dedicated bus lanes(similar to the Silver Line).
